Testicular pain and Abdominal pain?

Hi All,

Any help anyone (esp Dr Veena), I am a 26 year old  male with marfans syndrome, I am still a virgin (unmarried w/t no girlfriends though handsome) and as such i release tensions of office and studies by masturbation. since the last 5 days I have an upset stomach with gas and I believe this is the reason that my left testicle is extremely painful hampering my daily routine. Is it that gas in the stomach is pushing or putting pressure on my left testis (as no pain in my right testis). Or is it some blockage in my testicular system  slight swelling? I dont know so I am forcefully masturbating now and then but the pain is not subsiding nor my stomach. earlier had gerd is it a recurrence ?
1. Should i forcefully masturbate this way i can flush out any blockages?
2.Is it something serious like sexual dysfunction or impotency?
3.Or is it plain stomach problems of gas causing pain on the left testis?
Please answer my queries also with other suggestions will marrying cause any problems or is it the solution.

I don't think that they'll examine your nuts with an ultrasound. That would be pointless. Some prefer a female's touch (nurse) on examining them  manually. They won't hurt your joints as much as compared to them idiots in penny loafers. The convo going in is quick so the process is pretty much to that is instantaneous this is from experience me mentioning this.. Hope this helps

Dr Singh

I am hoping you can help me, I have a painful left testicle and lover abdomen, mainly left side. Its not a constant pain but comes and goes and is quite painful to the point of being very annoying. I dont know if its the testicle is impacting the stomach or the stomach impacting the testicle, but either way its a combined pain that makes me feel like vomiting (not that i have) and bloated.

This has been going on for almost 1 year, i went to the doctor and she suggested an Ultrasound, but i cant bring myself to put my nuts on the ultrasound table in front of a nurse... call me stupid but i find it hard.

I am hoping you might offer some suggestions as to what it might be and how i might treat it

Thanks Paul

Hi,

The pain which you have got in the upper part of the abdomen is likely due to Acute gastritis/GERD as you have described. However, the other possibility is a pain of the renal stone which can radiate down to the testes. I’ll suggest you to get an ultrasound of the urinary system done to rule out a renal stone/stone in the urinary tract.

Another possibility is that the pain which is occurring in the testicular region has got no relation with the pain in the upper abdomen. In this case, the pain is probably due to primarily a testicular cause like an inflammation or infection (epididymitis or orchitis) or a minor injury to the testes that you do not recall. One more possibility is prostatitis. In that case, you need to avoid doing excessive/forceful masturbation as it may worsen your pain. The major part of the semen is constituted by the prostatic secretions and repeated masturbations can dry up the prostatic secretions resulting in pain and discomfort.

I don’t think your pain has got anything to do with impotence/sexual dysfunction.

I’ll suggest you to consult a physician/surgeon to get further tests done and get yourself examined.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
