I hurt my groin area while my penis was erect. What happened?
Woke up about 4am with a very erect penis. Half awake and not horny, I bent it from side to side. There was an audible "click" on the right side and now at 7:45pm it's still sore. I don't notice any swelling or discoloration, just the soreness. Urinating isn't a problem. What happened?
To be clear, it was an impulsive stretch to each side with a high pitch click on the right.
