Tip of penis itch itchy rectum

Hi,
im a 21 year old student. I recently had uprotected sex and recieved oral sex. Within a week my throat was soar, but that eventually went away. Then my uretha and just the tip of my penis would itch, not burn but itch. I noticed about 12-24 hours after ejaculation it would occur. I was positive I had an STD, I got tested twice, nothing. I don't have any problems urinating, no bumps, rashes on penis.  After 24 hours -36 hours i would feel a very itchy feeling inside the urethra from the bottom to the top of my penis and some anal itching when this flair-up happens..also when i did ejaulate about an inch inside before the opening it would feel very sensitive as the seman ejaculated. until the next time i ejaculate I visited my doctor..he check my blood, urine analysis, said it was urethritits put me on doxycycline for 2 weeks. That made no change...nizoral for 10 days, no change...I went to a urologist...checked my psa.. 0.50, physical examination of my prostate normal..urine tests, culture and yeast urine test..normal..the urologist said to me you do not have a prostate problem but i am going to give you this drug called proscar anyway..this will cure any problem that you do have..Well it didn't....same problem after ejaulation only.  This only happens 12 hours after ejaculation..otherwise i'm fine..no problems urinating, no pain. I did have a bloody still twice about a year ago. The anal itching happens when the tip of my penis starts to itch. What can I do? Is there a connection To my uretha and anus beside the prostate. I just want the itching to stop. Also when I sit down I kind of feel a pressure of air or something shooting through my penis.

Did you ever figure it out? I have the same symptoms. Went through the same list of drugs. Still suffering.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since most of the STD’s have come out clear, so it can be due to skin problems such as psoriasis, seborrhea and eczema. Sometimes hemorrhoids will start off as red rash and anal itching. Also sweating, moisture due to sitting, pinworms and friction rub with clothes can cause anal and penile itching.

I suggest you to get all these possibilities evaluated from your dermatologist. Till that time, try an over-the-counter (OTC) cream or ointment containing hydrocortisone but it is to be applied sparingly to the affected area. A protective ointment that contains zinc oxide (Desitin, Balmex) also may help. If your symptoms are worse at night, please take an antihistamine like Benadryl to reduce itching until topical treatments take effect.

I hope it helps . Take care and regards.
