Treated for UTI(e coli) still have testicular pain for three months. what to do?

Dear MedHelp,
On the 6th of July this year I have been diagnosed with UTI, as I had discharge and also while urinating I felt terrible pain in my penis( there was blood in the urine as well). Doctors gave me Augmentin and everything seemed to be fine, but a week later I felt discomfort in my left testicle, ultrasound showed that nothing is wrong with both of the testicles, they made ultrasound twice to be sure. They gave me other antibiotics but nothing helped and even though through the months the pain has decreased, I still feel it every day. If I don't sleep or eat enough, the pain gets unbearable. Every time I tried to workout It hurts. I do my best to relax and not to put any pressure on physical activities, but I still have pain. I feel it every day. Thank you beforehand
