Urethra itching

I had an encounter (unprotected oral+protected vaginal) in July 2012 and the foreskin burns. I have been taking Harnal D and Toviaz for last few months and there is relief from burning slightly. But last month onwards I find my urethea itchy. I went to urologist. Urine test came clear. Ultrasound was done. Size of of prostate was normal. The urologist took a sample of prostate fluid in a slide after massage and found some infection through his microscope. I am on antibiotics. After this encounter I tested for all STDs. I am positive for Herpes HSV-1 and negative for HSV-2 Igg. All STDs are ngeative. Could the HSV1 infect the urethra and prostate ?

There is one opensore like thing which is skin color and not healed for 20 days (could be longer because I did not bother to check the urethra since earlier symptom was only foreskin burnsing constantly). Thee is burning while urination but it terrible pain expereinced while walking few occasions. So how to confirm this is hsv1?

Hi you can get herpes in your urethra  but with open sore there, the pain would be terrible esp when toxic urine comes in contact with them.
