Head of penis sensitive on one side

I have recently had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, and a few days after the last time we had sex, I woke up with and found the left side of my penis head to be very sensitive to touch, such as even rubbing up against my underwear or to the touch of my finger. I have no other pain, no issues urinating, and nothing else seems to be wrong, but I'm worried at what it could be. It has been a few days and it is not as sensitive as it was when it first started but it is still there and I don't know what the issue could be, if there is an issue at all. Is this something I should be concerned about and should have checked out by a physician?

Did this ever get better? I have the samething no pain just sensitive to touch on right tip. But I'm aware there are penis glands. So I certainly don't think std. Because it most likely would cover a larger portion and atleast some other symptoms to go along with it . I noticed it after I mashed my penis against the dresser.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations of the genito-urinary tract, injuries/ trauma like erosion etc. You may consider getting this evaluated by a primary physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
