Urethroplasty causes hypersensitivity in adulthood?
I'm currently 18 years old male. When I was about 4 years old an ultrasound found a urethral stricture, basically my urine pipe was growing awkwardly and blocking. I got urethroplasty to fix it at the same year. After like 2 months of the surgery everything was normal. Now I'm asking is it possible that urethroplasty could have complications in adulthood? Because im suffering from hypersensitivity, basically like premature ejaculation, sensitization of the penile area. It started happening this year, its literally constant penis arousals and its really hard to focus. I'm wondering if it was cause by this.
