Yes, it is possible. If there is hemoglobinuria or myoglobinuria then the trace blood will be positive but there will be no RBC in urine sediments.

I'm curious--
But how can the report show ZERO RBC's and Trace blood at the same time?
How can there be blood...but no red blood cells?

I would advice you to repeat the urine analysis. If the trace blood persists then the possible causes in absence of urinary infection are stone, certain drugs, cancers and bladder infection. You would then need to consult an urologist.
