Hi,
How are you? What are the symptoms present right now? With your recent urine test, it seems that there the urinary tract infection has recurred. Recurrence is caused by a variety of factors such as diet and nutrition, decreased water intake, urination habits, clothing ( tight-fitting jeans and nylon underwear should be avoided) and even prostate infection as what happened before. It is best that you check with your doctor or urologist for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination and additional diagnostic tests such as a urine culture may also be indicated to determine the organism present. Drinking plenty of fluids may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.

Dear Sir,

i saw the Urologist ( Dr Usman Khan) yesterday, with these reports and afresh ultro sonic reports. It did of course told about moderately enlarged prostrate as before. It said one more thing. There was a  small cyst on one of the kidney. I discussed it with Urologist. He did not pay any importance to it and said. "Do not worry about it" . He advised to contiue a drug " Tumalsin" to be taken at bed night which he started 2 weeks earlier along with antibiotic ( Ciproxin) for five days. I wish to have your sincere advice.
