Bacterial prostatitis. could help the medic comunnity in future treatment .

Hi im a 37 year old male, that had a recent episode of uretritis that finished causing me a Bacterial Prostatitis by e. Coli the urine culture showed this antibiogram that im adding next. The rectal tact showed a swelled prostate. So mi urologist sent me 20 days of cefuroxime. Also Tamsulosin  (alpha blocker) and antiinflamatory medication for the pain.

Escherichiae coli
Ampicilina Sensible
MIC <2
Ampicilina sulbactam Sensible
MIC <2
Cefalotin Sensible
MIC 4.00
Cefuroxime Sensible
MIC 2.00
Ceftazidime Sensible
MIC <1
Ceftriaxona Sensible
MIC <1
Cefepime Sensible
MIC <1
Amikacina Sensible
MIC 16
Nitrofurantoina Sensible
MIC 320

Its in spanish but easy to understand.
I have some questions and would appreciate any sugestions advice or info on this:
I know the first choice for treating prostatitis is ciprofloxacine but in this case as it turned to be resistent, so the choice of my urologyst was cefuroxime (20 days) that is a cefalosporine and also has some penetration on the prostate tissue but i dont know if this number of 2.00 sensityve its good enough.
Any advice on a better treatment? or is this correct? is there a good probability of a good result ?
Im also taking some hiperbaric chamber sessions because i think that this could help the cefuroxime to penetrate better the tissue, and the e Coli is bacteriostatic above 1,5 ATA  the treatment is done at 2.0 ATA. in this my doubt is if there is enough oxygente that goes to the prostate.
I know that in this sense its a complex question  but any info of the treatment or any advice or sugesstion would be  of great value.

Thank you
