cold, wet and itchy feeling in penis

I'm gonna explain my situation in as much detail as possible. I'm a 22 year old guy. I've been facing issues with my **** for almost an year now. I had unprotected sex last year in May and got genital warts and also had itchy penis, redness, white discharge etc so I also got fungal infection. Having both at the same time was a disaster. I was scared to go see the doctor so I applied all types of over the counter medications and also oral tablets (flucanzole, clotrimazole, terbinafine) to help with the fungal infection. The infection used to disappear but then come back when I used to stop the treatment. So I finally saw a dermatologist. He told me I had genital warts and gave me a lotion to apply on them so they would fall off. It worked and my genital warts were gone. But I still had that itchy feeling and redness on my penis. So I went to another dermatologist and he said I had little bit of fungal infection left. So he gave me anti fungal cream, oral tablets and also a soap to apply.

Now what I'm feeling right now is really weird. I always get this cold, clammy feeling in my scrotum like something is leaking. The penis head also feels cold sometimes and I cannot keep it out (by pulling my foreskin back as I'm uncircumcised) because when the head touches the underwear, I feel very uncomfortable and its almost painful and it also gets red sometimes. It also feels itchy sometimes. It happens more when I get erect or after I masturbate.

I saw the same dermatologist 2 times after that but he said there is nothing wrong with my ****, everything looks fine. He thinks it is psychological and inside my head so he even gave me antidepressants but I know its not just in my head. There is something really wrong. I'm literally on the verge of a mental breakdown as I'm going crazy over here. Its really affecting my personal life and my sex life as I havent had sex since last year. I found this same issue online in few forums but nobody had a solution. I read that its likely related to prostatitis or prostate cancer or maybe even linked to my blood sugar but I'm not sure. Can someone please suggest a solution. I'm literally out of options here. I've tried almost everything.
Thank you.
