Why do I have testicular pain?
My partner tested positive for chlamydia and I got tested and treated once she informed me. I took 500mg of azythromycin while I waited for the test results which came back negative. After I developed a dull testicular pain 3 days after the antibiotics I went back to the NP. This time I was given a 1gram shot of antibiotics in the hip (can’t remember which one specifically ) 1gram of azythromycin and 1 week of doxycycline twice a week. Dull ache persists with fullness feeling in tip of penis and slight burning sensation.
