Hi,

You will need to have the cause of the problem identified first.
This can be done with the examination and tests mentioned in the last post.

Faster recovery is possible once the problem is identified and treatment started.

You will need to be tested for UTI and STDs.

Treatment with antibiotics are of variable duration based on the organism causing the problem.

However, if you have developed prostatitis, you may be required to continue treatment for several weeks or few months before positive results are observed.

Do make the dietary changes at the earliest

Hi,

Semen in urine or after urination can be due to prostatitis. This is an inflammation due to infective or noninfective causes. It can affect the prostate gland and surrounding structures.

You will need to have a urinalysis done to identify the presence of any infective organism.
Additionally, you will need to consult a urologist to evaluate involvement of the prostate gland.

Infection with a fungal organism, like candida, can cause whitish discharge from the urethra.

Some STDs can also cause white discharge with urine.

Increasing fluid intake to over 2000 ml per day, avoidance of caffeine and alcohol, increased consumption of citrus fruits and juices can all aid in healing infection.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
