Hello,
Worms in urine are not usually passed in urine. There can be worms or parasitic infestation of the urinary bladder causing schistosomiasis which is infection with a type of Schistosoma parasite but it causes frequent urination, painful urination (dysuria), and blood in the urine as its urinary symptoms.
I suggest you to get your urinalysis taken and a complete blood count also. The presence of parasites can be detected based on the increased levels of eosinophils in the blood. You also need an ultrasound of kidneys, ureters and urinary bladder.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
This is regarding your reply on my question "Worms in Urine".I stay in Southern part of India.
