Hello,
At a younger age people usually have more sex drive and their frequency of masturbation  is  maximum. You can indulge in this activity as long as it is pleasurable and you have the drive for it. Otherwise this might result in the trauma to the tissue due to friction and blood in the semen. Just don’t repeat the act just for the sake of doing without any sexual drive.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and all the best.

Hello,
Since you were masturbating for the first time, it can be due to blood due to trauma to the capillaries or vessels of the penis. If the repeat happens, then get an evaluation done from a urologist and get hematospermia ruled out. It can eb due to infections, inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis), epididymis (epididymitis), or urethra (urethritis) ; calculi (stones )in the seminal vesicles or prostate ; polyps in the urethra ; ejaculation-duct obstructions ; cysts, hemorrhage, or other abnormalities in the seminal vesicles. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and all the best.
