bruised penis

hi after cycling my penis was tingling and numb and went numb on the underside on the tip then it looked bruised on the end the next day and I can not maintain a proper erection.

thank you ,all seams almost ok again today ,I haven't recovered quite all the feeling yet and I have slight bruising still ,I took ibuprofen for a couple of days,and every things working again now  ,I was scared I had damaged something and I was to embarrassed to go to the doctors or hospital and chose to use the wait and see what happens .which I know is just silly.thanks for your help much appreciated ,davey.

thank you ,the bruising has got a lott less ,it was very black ,I cycled 40 miles and it hurt after the first few miles where my saddle and base of my penis met ,but I just tried to adjust my shorts and hope it was just saddle soreness and it would get less ,on reaching home and seeing myself in the shower and of course the tingling numb sensation which got worse I realised I had done some damage to my penis ,the feeling is returning and although I can not get properly erect it is returning, but I have very little feeling or sensation on the end but it looks healthy , I was so scared I had done some permanent damage I have been just watching and the bruisings a lot better,thanks again .
