Dear MAN,
Hi! It's me again. The one who can't tell an "inny" from and "outty!" The MODS moved you here to urology so you could get a "professioanl" answer. I see you still have questions. I'm not really sure how this forum works, but if I were you, I wouldn't be holding my breath for this doctor to come on an give you his best "guess." Doctors just don't do that...........he has his license to worry about. He gave you his "guesses" already and I don't think he would be comfortable trying to narrow it down any more.
While he did you some more ideas than I came up with, in the end, our advice was exactly the same. "See a doctor or urologist." Some people actually pay money on here for that advice! You got off cheap!
But, please take the docs advice and go get it checked out.
I wish you the best SIR
LOL
Peace

Dr. Kaur...seeing that this has only happened once...and seeing how you are a doctor...what would your "guess" diagnosis be?

Sorry about that! But nothing in your profile stated which sex you were and for some reason I just assumed you were a woman. Well, I hope you got a giggle out of it. I also hope you get an answer soon so you can stop worrying!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Milky or cloudy urine can be due to some substances in food, pus in urine, urinary tract infection, bladder infection, cystitis, proteinuria, prostatitis or kidney conditions. You need to consult a urologist and get a urine examination and urine culture done along with an ultrasound kidney to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

OK, Toots, let's back the nookie wagon up a few feet.
Are you telling me that you and your partner had sex without a condom? (Which is NOT a judgement call.........it's a simple question) If that IS the case, it is entirely possible and probably HIGHLY likely, that when you urinated afterwards, some sperm dripped from your VAGINA into the toilet bowl and you could, possibly, have mistakenly believed it had come from your urethra.
The sperm, especially if it was a few hours old, would appear like small stringy, milky/cloudy looking particles.
If it has not happened since, I would guess that all the sperm is out of vagina.
Just keep your eye on your urine for a few days and if it looks normal to you without any odor, then it's my opinion that's all it was. But, if you do notice anything different, contact your doctor.
Peace

I don't really know if it's a substance...it just looked milky and chalky. I did not have ANY pain or discomfort at all...just a normal urine flow. It might have been left over sperm/semen in my urethra...but it has not happened since so Idk :/

Why did you let your urine "settle" for awhile? Did you have any burning upon urination or any other abnormal sensations that might cause you to observe your urine?
I am not a doctor and certainly not a urologist, so I can't even hazard a guess as to what "cloudy and milky substances" in your urine might indicate.
I have never noticed anything about my own urine other than color changes. Diet, medications, time we have "held" our urine, some beverages............these things can and often do change the color and even the odor of our urine, but to see "stubstances" is, in my humble and non-medical opinion, not normal and should probably be brought to your doctors attention. A quick urine sample and test will give almost immediate results for any kind of infection. (Bladder, kidney)
Maybe someone else here has had the same thing and will know what it is and I hope they see your post and respond.
Perhaps a quick call to your doctors office and a chat with his nurse will tell you if it's something that needs to be checked out or is just "one of those things."
Please let us know what you find out.
Peace
