MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You are right in guessing that it can be prostate problem. The symptoms that you are having i.e. frequent urinating, pain in abdomen and at the tip of penis and painful ejaculations can be due to prostatitis. I fell that you should consult a urologist and get urine and semen test, cystoscopy and urodynamic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.

Treatment will depend on confirmation of diagnosis.
Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
