MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Frequency and pain with urination usually suggest a urinary tract infection. An initial consult with your primary physician for a complete physical assessment and urinalysis will be able to rule out the presence of an infection.
Drink adequate amount of water everyday and exercise daily to improve circulation.

It's possible that you are going through a urinary tract infection. Are these the only symptoms you have? Drink a lot of fluids to wash some of the bacteria away every time you visit the toilet and visit your doctor.

Your doctor will help you with taking all the necessary tests (urine analysis and culture) in order to make sure it's a UTI and start treating it.

Good luck! :)
