genitalia symptoms...std??

Hello.  Sorry for the long post, but I really need some answers.  I originally posted my question in the std forum, but after having multiple std tests done, I am stumped about what my problem is.  I am a 27 year old male.  About 9 weeks ago, I had protected vaginal sex (condom) and received unprotected oral sex from a female.  3 weeks later, I started to get a tingling sensation inside my penis right behind the glans on the bottom left.  This tingling would come and go throughout the day and would sometimes sting, especially while seated in an upright position.  I did some feeling around in that area, and I noticed that there is a small 'bump' there that wasn't there before.  This seems to be where the tingling is coming from.  My urine stream is not nearly as strong as it used to be and I tend to dribble afterwards.  I feel as though the swelling of this bump is interfering with my urine flow.  I would also itch around my genitals and rectum, and this would also come and go throughout the day; some days worse than others.  I saw a urologist.  He did a standard panel STD test and came back all negative.  He checked for prostate/bladder issues and said that my prostate was slightly enlarged so he gave me antibiotics for it.  He also performed a cyscoptomy, and my urethrha did not have any growths inside.  A week later, I still had the same symptoms so I saw another urologist who was recommended to me by a friend.  This was 6 weeks after my sexual encounter.  Again, full panel STD check (chlam, gonn, HIV, HSV, Hep, etc....).  When my urine analysis came back, he said they found gonnahrea (I have no idea how the first clinic did not detect this).  Anyway, he put me on a 10-day antibiotic, so I'll go back this Thursday to do another urine analysis and see if it's gone.  Since I started the first anti-biotics from the first clinic, I've noticed that my scrotum has turned very red.  It still itches the same, along with my anus.  I can remember one or two days at the most that this happened before I went to the urologist, but it went back to normal color afterwards.  It happened about a week after I started getting the tingling sensation in my penis and itching around genitals and anus.

I mentioned the bump inside my penis.  He felt it, but said that it was just some vessel that had some trauma to it and turned 'fibricious' (was the word he used) on the end.  I asked him if it could possibly be an internal wart, and he disagreed.  After feeling it a bit more, it DOES feel like it's not just a 'ball'.  The end of it feels like a hard ball (the part furthest from my abdomen), but it feels like it goes back into my penis like some kind of tube, channel, vessel (not sure??)  If it's not gone by my appt with him on Monday, I'm going to ask him to do an ultrasound just to be sure what it is.

Then, I made my way over to the dermatologist for the bump and my other symptoms.  She agreed with the urologist that the idea of the bump being a wart was ridiculous and agreed that it was probably a damaged vessel.  I then showed her my red scrotum and told her that I was itching around my genitals and especially my anus.  She was convinced that it was fungal.  I told her that this had happened for a brief period prior to the antibiotics, but she said I originally had a fungal infection and now the anti-biotics are making it worse.  She gave me some anti-fungal tablets, along with a cream.  The first week, I saw no change whatsoever.  I went back to her, and she prescribed a different cream for me as of 5 days ago.  I've noticed a slight improvement.  Instead of being really bright red, it's more like a pink color now.  The itching is still there and it is still scaly looking, but not quite as bad as before (some days are better than others).  My anus is still the area that itches the most.  Btw, there are no lesions or other visible abnormalities anywhere around my genital/groin area besides what I've already mentioned.

So, a few questions:

1.  What could this 'bump' be inside my penis behind the glans?

2.  What is causing the itching around my genitals and anus?  Remember that I started itching BEFORE I started antibiotics, and it has only gotten slightly better since treatment.  Some days are better than others.

3.  What is causing my red scrotum?  It seems to be slowly going away, but VERY slowly.

Thank you so much for reading.  Please keep me in your prayers as you will be in mine.

The above post is a copy & paste from the std forum that I posted several days ago.

Update:  I had another urine analysis done yesterday and the results were that the gonnahrea and fungus were gone.  My white blood cell count has also come down.  The only abnormalities from the test is that I had high acidity in my urine.  I will get the culture and sensitivity tomorrow to confirm everything.

Questions:  although my scrotum has shown signs of improvement, it is still a pinkish color and I still itch on my scrotum and anus (maybe not quite as bad as before, but it's still there).  If my analysis came back negative for a fungal infection, then why am I still having these symptoms?  Should I automatically rule out fungus, or should I wait for the culture/sensitivity test tomorrow to confirm?  If not fungal, then what else can it be?  I had a scrape test done originally and the derm found fungus...should I have another scrape test done?

2.  I'm still having problems with my urine flow.  Still dribbling at the end of urination.  The 'bump' is still there also.  I also noticed the other day that occasionally when I first start to urinate, my urine stream went to the left at almost a 90 degree angle...this really worried me.  After building up pressure, it would shoot straight, but right when I start and right when I stop, it veers off to the left.  I had the urologist look at the tip of my urethra, but he found no obstructions.  I also told him that around the same time, my urethra started giving me pain, especially after urinating (not all the time).  He said I may have a case of urethritis due to the gonnahrea, but couldn't explain why my urine would dart off in the wrong direction.

Any suggestions on the above?  I'm going to take one more full std panel test next week just to be sure, although the doctors are starting to think I'm crazy for running so many tests.  I just really need answers NOW.

Thanks everyone.
