My penis is itching ,my bladder and kidneys have cramps and when I have urine I comes out a little bit and all of this happened after unprotected sex 4 months ago,what are the symptoms and treatment 4 this problem

Sorry replied to an earlier question first. For these symptoms, it can be due to fungal infection or STD;s because of the history of unprotected intercourse. Get a complete STD panel test done to confirm the diagnosis. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin.

Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

Go see a doctor. Could be an STD. Antibiotics will help if its an STD.
