Wow,what a marvel modern medicine is,not! after no advice I decided my last and only option was to take a course of alternative medicine which to be honest I had absolutely no faith in.
after 2 weeks I am now 75% back to normal with no pain and only a slight visual reminder of my ulcer.
my course is below,I'm aware that any one substance used could of cleared my symptoms but I wanted to use all of them to be sure.
I already drink plenty of water, have a good balanced diet and take a multi vitamin.

Cranberry extract tablets 200mg,6-8 times a day.
Wheatgrass capsules 500mg,3 times a day.
Ester C tablets 1000mg,3 times a day.
Zinc tablets 10mg,once in the evening.

I'm quite confident from my research and experience that Wheatgrass,Ester C and Zinc go hand in hand and would ease the symptoms if not cure most immune system related symptoms or infections.

I can't believe that after numerous doctors advice and courses of medicine including different types of antibiotics that its health food shop products that have cleared my symptoms.

hope my advice helps,Mark.

I'd like to add I have no history of STI's and I have no problems urinating, just a constant Ulcer like pain,I can see the Ulcer just inside my Urethra and its very small but some of the time the pain seems be the whole length of my Penis though I suspect it's just referring down from the Urethra.
