Hi. I have a lot of pain down my penis and it hurts even more the next day after sex with my wife!.many years ago I had a piercing in my penis ( Prince Albert ) That went wrong and I had to have surgery to put it right. And for many years it healed up very nice with No pain. But for the past couple of year I'm getting a lot of pain the next day after sex and it  can carry on all the time! And the pain runs down my legs to knee caps  It feels like I've put my **** in a acid bath! I went to a sti for tests and they come up clear!! But they said there was a little bit of white cells down my penis NSU. The Doctor ask me if I drink a lot etc. and I said every night and he said that's the reason for my NSU as the test for everything else was CLEAR no STD. I had taken the tablets the Doctor gave me and the pain went away for a couple of weeks then it comes back after a couple of weeks!! And it will not stop. I went back to the Doctors again and they told me to see my GP. I did. And they sent me to urology to have tests!!! And a camera down my penis. And they found nothing wrong with me!. They just keep giving me pain killers to make the pain go away. Please Help if you can I just want the pain STOP Dave

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such a pain in penis which runs down the knees and legs can be due to neurological pain. You should consult a neurologist and get a nerve conduction velocity test also done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
