Pain from Scrotum to rectum
It feels like I rode my bike about a thousand miles over rocks in one day with a bad seat...........but 10,000 times worse. Felt it Monday but it went away.....came back stronger last night & all day today. There's also a slight pressure with the pain.........never had it before. 58y

Long story short..........Dr said it's not a prostate problem....more hemroid

It really is not affecting the scrotum but it starts just after it........I've seen a more accurate medical term since = Perineum. The pain runs from a 5-6 at worse to a 2-3 at best. Last Monday was a brief episode, then Friday late afternoon / evening, All say yesterday & feeling it this am.

I suggest an immediate consult at the ER for a complete evaluation and assessment.I do not mean to alarm you . There are benign differentials for scrotal pain .However, it is always important to rule out testicular torsion for cases like this. If there is any presence of swelling and redness, it is best to get that consult immediately.
