Thank you very much for your reply.
I will certainly take your advice in consideration.
However, I already do most of your advice, but still get the irritation.
Thank you
KInd regards

Make sure that you have good hygiene. Do not use soaps and shower gels because change the pH level of the skin and can irritate the skin.
Use soaps that are not perfumed, ones with a pH level to suit our skin or baby washes.
Only wear cotton underwear and no tight clothing. If you have been using a condom it could be that you may be allergic to the latex. There are latex free condoms available. If you have had unprotective sex, was your partner OK and had not itching or soreness that would indicate they had a fungal problem that could have been passed on to you? You do not need to answer that, it is just something for you to think about.
Go back to see your doctor. Sometimes one course of antifungal tablets is not enough. The doctor may prescribe a longer term use of an antifungal, or a different stronger dose and/or a cream to apply to your penis.
Also be aware that taking antibiotics can also bring on Thrush and if you have diabetes and not controlling your sugar levels properly.
As a home remedy, after washing and drying carefully the penis, you can also apply natural set yogurt. This does help to relieve any irritation and inflammation. Cut out or cut down on sugary food which includes sugary fizzy drinks. Eat a healthy and well balanced diet with fresh fruit and vegetables and eating yogurt will also help.
Hope you get it sorted soon as sometimes these things can take a while to get rid of.
Best wishes.
