skin split on penis

hi i am 15 years old and a couple of days ago i had some skin split under the head of my penis. now it has spreaded a bit  because i tried to clean the area with water, it leaves a white substance similar to smegma behind which i have noticed whenever i pull me foreskin back to go to the toilet, my fore skin has become a bit swollen and it quite itchy. can some one please tell me what to do as i am very embarrassed and i dont want to see the doctor. will it clear up after a week.? should i wait? i have also had no sexual intercourses ever. can someone please help me as i am very worried

hi its me deep. i got it checked by a urologist and he said that it was an infection. he told me to clean it regularly and prescribed me antibiotics. It is healing up well.

Hi

The foreskin can split and be itchy and swollen due to infection, fungus or eczema. There is nothing to be embarrassed about seeing a doctor. Good health is more important than anything else.
It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining . Please consult your doctor. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted.
