urine flow is slow and inconsistent and i urinate constantly but still have to urinate after trying to empty bladder what coud be causing such symptoms

I SPOKE TO DOCTOR AND HE SAID IT COULD BE THE URETHRA NARROWING MAY NEED DILATATION.. THREE YEARS AGO I HAD A HYSTERECTOMY AND BLADDER OR PELVIC FLOOR RECONSTRUCTION I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY
THIS PROBLEM THOUGHT IT WAS UTI BUT HAD URINE CHECKED AND NO BACTERIA SO IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH URETHRA OR BLADDER TAKING AZO OR PYRIDIUM BUT HELPS ONLY TEMPORARILY NEED MORE ADVISE
