hello thanks for your comments , i have had cancer , torsion , hernia and epididymitis ruled out but as for sexually transmitted infections i have had no intercourse for 2yrs because i suffer from pudendal nerve damage which is perineal pain and no connection to my testicle problem , i have no quality of life and stay at home plus wouldnt urine test pick that up ?

im having another ultrasound done tomorrow and im not sure what bag of worms feels like exactly but my testes  feel like two small lumps ina saggy sack lol which is quite new last few months has been really hard and swollen im worried that they shrinking or something .

ill post again when i get any results thanks .

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The causes of testicular pain could be due to injury, testicular torsion, inflammation of testis, epididymitis, mumps, testicular tumor, hernia, varicocele, urinary stones, sexually transmitted disease. Since the cause could not be identified, I suggest you to get a repeat ultrasound or a color Doppler done from a urologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
