urethral sling

I had a partial historectomy and a ureathral sling done 4 years ago. the surgeon told me I needed the proceedure done because I was incontenant . I would get a bubble of urine that would escape once or twice a month. He did no tests on my bladder.
After the surgery I was sent home(3 days) after being home for a hour I was rushed back to hospital, I was in terrible pain and could not urinate.( I had started to sweat) The ER staff insurted a cathider, and I was told that I had 3x the amount of urinein there and that my bladder was about to explode and I would have been dead on their floor.the straped a bag to me and sent me home.
1&1/2 days later I was projectile vomitting, and there was pain in my bellybutton area, I looked as if I was 5 months pregnant, and I went back to the hospital and was admitted for 3 days and released, they could not find anything wrong with me. 12 hrs later I was taken by ambulance back to the same hospital even though I asked to go to another. the original surgeon went on holidays 2 days later, and I was given to another. 1 &1/2 weeks later he sent me to the city for tests.( the whole time I was in the hospital I vomitted and looked like I was 9 months pregnant, and I had to cathiterize myself to empty my bladder) a catscan showed that my bowls had been pulled into my bellybutton , this happened when the first surgeon removed the camera. 3 days later the did surgery for this.
They gave me only water the 3 days and my blood sugar dropped to 1.4 they gave me two bags of dextrose( I said 1 would work) when I came out of surgery my sugar was 18 and the gave me insulin( I have never had a problem before or since with my sugar) I was released on th 2nd day by the first surgeon, even though I was to be their for 5 days incase of infection. six weeks later I had the sling released . two years later and two many infections to mention a ob specialist found that he cut the urethra and I was leaking through the vaginal opening. I have since had grafting done and a breach to support my scared bladder( I have no bladder control, and I can not feel when I have an infection)
Turned out it was a genral surgeon who did this to me, he was no specialist , and I did not need a sling according to my ob specialist.
I am waiting for an appointment in May, to see my ob specialist. but I am having strang pain in the abdomin, almost like I have done too many situp's, it is tender if my grandaughter leans against me, there is almost a tightness in my belly on the inside, like something is pulling, my left kidney area aches more, mostly in the mornings. Any Idea what it could be?
I have learned one thing go to a specialist, get second opionons, do not get bullied by a DR.

Thanks for the advice, went to hospital explained what is happening, doc asked me what I expected him to do for me. It's as if everyone is scared of me. he took blood, did an x-ray and I have to go in for ultra sound on friday. He said he'd call if he found something he would call. I did see white spiderweb like bloches on the x-ray, but the tech couldn't tell me what they were, I'm assuming scare tissue.
I need a medical expert to help me out with a lawsuit, I want to stop this surgeon from making people believe he is an expert urologist/ I found out resently that he wanted to do bowel surgery on a 4 yr old with lupus. This guy is a general surgeon he has NO specialized field . I begged the mom to take the boy to a bowel specialist before she let that Dr. cut him . She took my advice. is there any help out there?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Sorry to hear about your medical complications in the past few years..
About your current condition, please seek an early appointment with your specialist. Pain in the abdomen needs to be investigated, especially with your medical background.
You doctor may like to suggest a urine microscopy and culture, along with abdominal ultrasound that measures the post-void urine volume, and blood test for renal function tests.
