urine passing hole become narrow

Hi.. I am male 24 years old.my urine passing hole became narrow.and shifted to lower side of the glan.I am facing it from more than 2 years and 1.5 years ago my meatoplasty cystoscopy was done due to this problem being worst.after the syrgery the way was normal but fom last 2-3 months I am feeling THAT hole is being narrow sharply.pls guide me what should I do.02 years ago I have also suffered in epidedino orchatics but at that time It was not diagnosed and I also not remember that at that time
this problem was there or not

Hello,
It can occur due to meatal stenosis due to phimosis or lichen sclerosus. Home dilation can be done but meatotomy can be done which is a surgical procedure.
