mouth sore, body burning, tiredness are related with UTI complaint
Dear Doctor, as you advised done Urine culture, semen culture chlamydia antigen and gonorrhea found all are negetive, but still having burning sensation after urine, mouth sore still exist. What is my problem I do not know, please advise
Other possibilities means mean to say hiv, pls i was just out of hiv worriness, again i am fall in worriness pls advise

Apart from UTI , urethritis caused by gonorrhea and Chlamydia can also cause such symptoms.
Chlamydia is an infection caused by the Chlamydia trachomatis bacterium and is spread from person-to-person through direct sexual contact. Chlamydia can be passed during vaginal, anal, or oral sex if you do not use a condom every time you have sex.
It is possible to get false positive or false negative results with the standard tests for Chlamydia. Hence it would be wise to repeat the tests. Else you can opt for specific tests for Chlamydia which include Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT, to find the genetic material of Chlamydia), Nucleic acid hybridization tests (DNA probe test, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA, EIA), Direct fluorescent antibody test (DFA) or chlamydia culture. If these tests come up positive then one will need to look at other possibilities.

Thanks Doctor, Burning sensation after urnation is there along with other complaints what i have specified (i.e body heat (no fever), tierdness, mouth sore )is also there. Tested all including HIV, VDRL. By oral antibiotic it was not controlled. What could be the reason for this please advise. I am under excessive worriness.

Although UTI can cause fever and raised body temperature, other symptoms that you have mentioned are not frequent symptoms of UTI. The commonest symptoms are a frequent urge to urinate, accompanied by pain or burning on urination. The urine often appears cloudy and occasionally reddish if blood is present. The urine may develop an unpleasant odor.
