6 month ago my wife fever utrass pain. After urin and when done sex. please say what medicine best for her problem.
No fever but painful intercourse, or irregular menstrual bleeding. She take Medicine ceprocin 500 mg and micionijal (150mg) vt tablet in utras. When she not take medicine then utras pain return. Can you pascribe me test detail.

How are you? I think it is pelvic inflammatory disease which is causing pain in the lower abdomen after urination and after sex. But it is difficult to say without physical examination. Pelvic inflammatory disease is a term for inflammation of the female uterus, fallopian tubes, and/or ovaries as it progresses to scar formation with adhesions to nearby tissues and organs. This may lead to tissue necrosis and sometimes abscess formation.
Although an STD is often the cause, other routes are possible, including lymphatic, postpartum, postabortal (either miscarriage or abortion) or intrauterine device (IUD) related, and hematogenous spread. There may be no actual symptoms of PID.
If there are symptoms then fever, cervical motion tenderness, lower abdominal pain, new or different discharge, painful intercourse, or irregular menstrual bleeding may be noted.
Diagnosis can be made with the help of diagnostic laparoscopic examination and a STD panel of tests. I would suggest that you take the opinion of a gynaecologist in this regard.
