inside tip hurting

As a present i was given some massage oil and "pictures" of my girl friend.  I used the on friday or sat and on sunday i noticed i was having pains right on the tip of my penis and also inside the head of my penis.  Im not sure if i have a UTI or not.  It sometimes burns after i pee for a little while but nothing to crazy.  I also feel that im stressing out and making it worse.  I heard drinking alot of cranberry juice will help so tomo im going to get some but if someone can help me out please with some feed back that would be great. Thank you

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Cranberry juice provides an acid called Hippuric acid, which makes your urine acidic. Bacterial cannot thrive in this acidic medium, do not stick to the walls of the urinary tract and are flushed out. So there is no harm in taking Cranberry juice because infection cannot be totally ruled out in your case. If your symptoms persist consult an urologist.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
In all probability the massage oil caused irritation to the tip of penis. Was the tip gently with warm water two to three times a day. Do not use the oil. Take an over the counter anti allergic medication. Wear loose clothes. If the symptoms persist consult an urologist.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
