Well, I gained 3 pounds this week. Not too sure what thats about since I have worked out 4 times this week. I think it might be muscle. I didnt eat like **** this week at all, well, I think I know what it might have been if its not muscle. One day at the beginning of the week I hate a whole package of hot dogs (8). Yeah, it was alot, and I got sick after it!
Form then, I decided I needed to refocus what my goal is. What my goals are is to have small goals being 2-5 pounds so theres more for me to celebrate. To think of other things to do when I get bored, or when I get frustrated and all I want to do is eat ANYTHING. To get my heart rate up 4-5 times a week. And drink plenty of water. Right now, those are my goals to refocus!
Oh, my ticker is really off, I have to fix it.
Everyone is doing F A N T A S T I C !!! I have bounced around this week and have pretty much eaten all the food I should and in the proper portions until yesterday. My second cousin David got married yesterday and I "chose" (made an informed choice and willing to accept the outcome) to partake in the dessert table. Now I'm not talking "wedding cake" .. no ... they had a chocolate fountain with fruit you could skewer and hold under the running chocolate, cookies, and literally jars and jars of candy to choose from. So .. I ate a lovely meal of oven roasted sliced chicken, mashed potatoes (no gravy), steamed veggies (awesome) salad with regular dressing (a little) .. and the "candy" table. It bounced me up 1 lb for the weigh in this morning .. but I didn't go overboard so know it will be off tomorrow or Tuesday.
The only thing I need to do .. is continue on and get my fanny MOVING!!! Any and all who wish to work with me on exercising 3-4 times this week .. are welcome!
Did vow to post accurately .. and am keeping my promise to myself and the community!
Well, I am just flabbergasted. Imagine implementing just a few small changes (small in logic, but difficult at times in reality) and having tremendous success. With simply eating breakfast and switching to diet soda and water instead of regular soda my loss is 3.8 pounds this week! ; ) Very motivating discovery indeed!

I maintained, which actually feels good because I have MOM and MOM'S cooking here. I still have to maintain or lose until the middle of JULY!!!! AAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
I'm targetting 5 lbs. at a time now so I can feel like I'm winning instead of putting on my big fat weight loss goal. This week got my period a week earlier and lots of water retention. Stiill managed to lose .6 lbs. Hubby and I are leaving our red wine alone for about a month which will also help in the weight loss. I will be using my Outlook calendar and putting exercise on my schedule - only way it will happen. Can't wait for next week!
wow I have had a really good week, After 2 weeks of hardly losing dispite working really hard at the gym, the scales are moving again. I only have 5 lbs to go and i will have lost 9 stone!!! wow can you imagine carrying 9 stone extra weight. i still have 93 lbs to go to my goal weight but i will work on the 5lbs for now, good luck everyone.
