how long should i stay off my legs after running over weight ?(really need advice)

I think I might have hurt my shins jogging  yesterday mostly because I don't have the right shoes and Im overweight.  I don't have a doctor to go to so I don't really have any medical advice. Can anyone yell how long I should stay off my legs? And can I still do my workout videos?

There are clinics that charge by income; if you  have no income, you pay nothing!!!

Yeah I seen it thank you for the advice Im gonna see.org I can get.to a clinic. I'm not sure I can though don't really have any money for that.

You should go to a walk in clinic or something and ask to get x-rays to make sure you haven't fractured any bones in your legs.  Did you read the reply I, and another person, made on the thread you posted the other day about jogging?  

It's imperative that you have proper, supportive running shoes and that you work into your routine slowly, so you don't injure yourself.  

You need to make sure you haven't already injured yourself, before you do any further exercises or could do further damage.
