Be aware that fruits have a high sugar content that goes straight to fat, if not burned through exercise. You might want to shift the fruit intake to veggies, most of which don't have as much sugar. Discuss this with your doctor.
I am in bed rest as of health issues i cant walk right now but i am taking fruits maximum of sure i will talk to my doctor about this thank you Barb
I'm not sure where you heard that, but I don't believe it's true. You should talk to your doctor. S/he may want to have you change some of your eating habits or get a bit of exercise to keep weight in check. A daily walk would be great, if you doctor approves.
