I need motivation and I know that's the key, I started working out 2 weeks ago and it's great, but how can I keep going like this for so long? Waking up in the morning before school is so hard, but even more is eating 1100 kal a day (I love food so much). How can I loss all of this which without breaking down ann giving up?
