Sunday Weigh In on Monday!!!

Well, we didn't get anything posted yesterday, so we'll do it real simple for this time --- anyone who cares to, just post your weight loss/gain and note any successes or problems that you might have had.  

+ 3 --------- that's was my status yesterday morning.  Not good........As some of you may have seen on my posts last week, I've been having a hard time getting with the program lately, mostly due to medical issues I've been struggling with for some time, along with some new ones, but I've decided that I can't continue to use medical issues as a reason for not exercising because I know full well, that exercise will actually HELP a lot of medical issues.  So I'm off and running for this week.

I was only down .4 this week so i was very disapointed, I havent changed anything so dont know why. and now with a fractured wrist i can only do treadmill so not expecting much this week,
Trudie congratulations i to found watching calories helped,

Barb, With your busy life it is hard to lose weight so dont be hard on yourself, you are doing all the things you should be so the weight will come off, so dont give up

As you saw on my other posting, a 2.4 lb. loss this week.  It is really making a difference for me paying attention to the calories again and cutting a lot of the wine I was drinking.  The gluten free diet is definitely helping too.  I need a couple more days before I can start with the exercise.  Still a wee bit dizzy but feeling so much better.  Barb, I know you'll have a better week coming up!
