Well, we didn't get anything posted yesterday, so we'll do it real simple for this time --- anyone who cares to, just post your weight loss/gain and note any successes or problems that you might have had.

Not good........As some of you may have seen on my posts last week, I've been having a hard time getting with the program lately, mostly due to medical issues I've been struggling with for some time, along with some new ones, but I've decided that I can't continue to use medical issues as a reason for not exercising because I know full well, that exercise will actually HELP a lot of medical issues. So I'm off and running for this week.
