You're hilarious! Everyone has their "hoover" breakdowns - don't let it get you down. YOU CAN DO IT!! If you have to go out a lot, have a healthy snack at home first, drink a HUGE glass of water before eating, have the restaurant box half your meal before giving it to you and try to order grilled stuff and avoid alcohol so you don't lower your guard. (as a standup Irish girl, I have a problem going out and not throwing back a few...sigh) PMS is the devil. My sister (skinny as a rail) swears by Midol, so maybe that'll help, I don't know. But Good Luck!!!

The next bunch of weeks is going to be bad for me....I really don't know how to handle it.
Taking my sister out for her birthday on Friday night.
This Wednesday, going to a birthday party at a restaurant for my nephew.
Sunday is Mother's Day
Next Saturday is another birthday dinner
Then Next Sunday is a communion.
I hope I can hold it together. I know that I will go off plan a bit, but I hope I don't throw in the whole towel. I tend to do that and go "holy hog."
I just have to keep saying...bathing suit season, bathing suit season, bathing suit season.......

I had the same problem for the last 2 WEEKS. I weighed in today, and was only up 2 lbs from last month, so its not too bad.
Don't let the damage continue! Get right back on program TODAY. I have a horrible tendency to say "Oh, today's already ruined, may as well have this or that treat".
