I am trying to use this photo shoot app but it doesn.t record any of my photos in the app gallery. Any idea why? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or had the same issue.
Try adding healthy fats to your diet in the form of olive and coconut oils; you can fry in them, use coconut oil to sweeten your oatmeal, etc... the fat makes you feel fuller and stay feeling fuller longer, so you aren't looking for food right after you get done eating. Avocados, nuts and seeds also have healthy fats in them that help make you feel more satisfied...
Be very careful with low and no fat varieties of foods because when the fat is taken out, sugar or artificial sweeteners are added and both can cause weight gain, rather than weight loss. Same goes for "sugar free" foods - when the sugar is removed, unhealthy types of fat are often added...
Don't ever feel helpless; no matter what, you can always make changes in your diet... if you make a mistake, simply stop and change it...
Just remember, healthy fats are not your enemy, as we've been taught for so many years... I lost 23 lbs in a couple of months by adding healthy fats and cutting breads and other foods containing white flour, sugar, and other processed foods. Eat lots of veggies - most veggies have so few calories that you can eat as much as you want without even counting the calories as long as you don't cover them with heavy, creamy sauces, etc. Just a light coating of olive or coconut oil or a little vinegar, and your favorite herbs and spices are all it takes to make them yummy...
I'm at 233...ugh. I get it. I feel like I'm always busy, but, in the end, I have a sedentary lifestyle. I'm just starting out... My dog can't even go for long walks (3 legs and hip/knee problems!). My biggest challenge is getting to the gym. I'm not sure when I will feel better about these diet changes, but people, apparently, do!

You can do it!!! Just start with calisthenics. Also little yogarts low fat, no sugar in different flavors help get your sweet fix. One good decision at a time. Rome wasn't built in a day. Don't beat yourself up if you do make a bad choice, just make up for it in your exercise routine. You can do this!!!
