Constipation and weight gain
I want to know can constipation couse weight gain. I having plant protien abd fiber but I am still have constipation and felt like bloated. One more thing, Can popcorn couse constipation. I am regular housemaker. I am always feel constipated right after that I start puton my weight

Hi there. Constipation definitely cases weight gain. I have a good friend with cancer. She is very tiny and due to chemo has lost a lot of weight. The chemo drugs also cause constipation and she has made jokes about that being the only way she can put on weight. Also, popcorn is a fibrous food so shouldn't cause constipation.
