Dumbell shrugs are a great idea for your shoulders.
Hold 3-lb dumbells in each hand by your side. Lift your shoulders, hold for 2 seconds, lower shoulders. Do 12-15 reps twice. Remember to NOT lift with your neck, but your shoulders. Your arms should stay straight.

My behind is great in jeans i just have that feeling when i sit it kind is like everywhere im scared of popping out too much in a swimsuit this summer lol!! the eating is better its a struggle i just has to learn good things to eat that i like and learn that all those bad junk items i used to shove down my throat well my body really dont care so much for them!!

Wow! seem like we have a attention to deatil Goku here! Well it's always nice to know everything when you get in to an exercise routine!
I am not sure which exercise will do which since I am not familiar with the Shred or Jari...May be some one who is doing it will be of more assistance...
