Hey, Im 16 years old and recently I've only been eating around 900 - 1200 calories a day. I dont do that much excercise. I haven't been feeling tired or stressed, I'm around 5 foot 6 inches and am a size 6 american, a size ten UK.
I've also been losing alot of weight from doing this, which makes me not want to stop this diet. Are there any side effects in the long run
