Bloating?

I am really struggling to find out what is causing me to bloat so drastically, well what I think is classed as bloating. I can be a normal size 10 one day and all my clothes fit, and then literally the next day I have ballooned up to a size 14! And that's not just my stomach, my bum, my legs and even my arms get bigger, struggling to fit in my normal clothes so I have to wear something bigger and baggy. I can tell I'm going to have a "big" day just from looking at my face in the morning. A double chin appears and I look like someone has blown air into my face. This happens from one day to the next and by the next day I can be back down to my normal size and my face is back to it's usual oval shape. I am struggling to find out what is causing this and I'm really at my wits end, please help!

Start by drinking lots and lots of water, when ever you can grab some water, do it. This will help your body let go of retained water. Also cut back on sodium and sugar, because that is what bloats the body!!!! Good luck

It sounds like you might be retaining a lot of fluid in your body tissues for some reason.  This happens to me sometimes, and it's often because I've either eaten foods with too much salt (sodium) or not drank enough water to flush out my system good.

Another thing could be minor constipation, even if you don't, particularly, feel like you are... Eating plenty of fiber and drinking enough water should help alleviate this feeling.

We're all different, but I find that that I have to drink, at least, 4-6 cups of water daily in order to keep the fluid retention/bloating away.  For some reason, only plain water works for me - other drinks, such as coffee, tea,  etc simply make it worse.  From a health standpoint, sugary drinks should be eliminated.  Try to make water your drink of choice.
