To keep your metabolism working you need to eat something very small every THREE hours. Long gaps between meals makes your metabolism slow right down and the weight will not shift. By eating tiny meals every three hours the weight will fall off. Your metabolism doesn't get the chance to slow down, which is what you need to avoid at all costs when desiring to lose weight.
Hi, Okay so not eating is not going to aid you in loosing weight. You HAVE TO eat breakfast and Lunch. If you starve yourself all day once you get to overtime 9 times out of 10 you will over eat and your body will go in shock. Plus you will be more prone to eat un healthy things because you are starving. It's all about what you eat and what physical activities you are doing. A healthy breakfast is oatmeal. Real oatmeal, not the little packets, those are full of sugar. I do 1 cup of real oatmeal with fresh fruit, honey and cinnamon. Lunch should be protein and veggies. A salad with chicken and veggies is perfect. Dinner, more protein and veggies. If you want to loose weight fast, you have to eat and you have to eat the right things and work out.
