If you get a sweet tooth craving, maybe try a sweet snack that is high in protein such as almonds.
1.) Always sleep at a time. (7-8 hours) no more no less. Lack of sleep can make your body to crave in sugars.
2.) Replace sweets with fruits. Yes fruits have sugars too, but at least, it's healthier and has lesser calories than sweets. If you need sugar, replace it with honey.
3.) Hide all your sweets. The more you see sweets, the more you crave for them.
