Sunday Weigh In - May 22, 2011

Good morning, everyone.  How are we doing this fine Sunday morning?  I hope everyone had a great week of losing - weight.......

Once again, my weight has run the gamut - from 144 lbs to 149 lbs....... I'll take what my scale gave me this morning, which was 146.8, so that means I'm down by 0.2 lbs from last week.  Not a significant amount and a long way from an entire pound, but I'll take it anyway - a loss is a loss!!  

Yesterday, we made the usual visit to my elderly aunt, who always wants to go out for breakfast at Denny's.  As we know, Denny's does not have a whole lot on the menu, that's both satisfying and healthy!!  I did pick "better" choices, and when it was all said and done, ended up eating less than 1/2 what was on the plate.  Yay, for me!!  Last night, my scale actually said I only weighed 144.8...... so I picked up 2 pounds overnight.  Hmm, guess that would account for my "fat fingers", this morning  (swollen from fluid retention).  

While I would have preferred to meet the goal of losing a pound, I'm not going to beat myself up over not losing the whole pound.  I simply know that I have to work harder this week, as I'm running out of time to meet my 6 pound goal; June 21is slightly more than 4 weeks away....... wow!!  Time flies when we're having fun, doesn't it?

Okay, now, it's your turn........ how did you do, this past week?  As always, we hope you met your goal, as we love cheering people on; however, if you didn't meet your goal, maybe there's something we can do to help motivate you or maybe help get/keep you on a plan that works for you.

Remember - there are no failures; only set backs.

Hi all :o) yeah i don't have much sucess to report for this week!! lol i weighed in this morning at about 155lbs again... i need to get my digital scale working again so i can get more of an exact weight. not to surprised i didnt lose anything this week... iv havent been really "bad", but i wasnt good either! lol tomorrow is the start of a new week tho!! going to try at least a little harder! haha good luck everyone and keep on keepin on! we can do this!

I went from 217.6lbs to 219.4lbs. I'm not happy, but I know exactly why it happened.

This week has been stressful for me, and I've been making bad choices. Salty meals, fattening meals, convenient meals, etc. Oh, and a massive milkshake yesterday instead of lunch.

Not happy, not proud, but I'll be trying my hardest to get down for next week.

Great job guys,  well for me not so great I have been on vacation and just now getting back I am up like 7lbs as of yesterday didnt weight in today, but hopeing to get back on tracking tomorrow so hopefully next week I can have a great posting keeping my fingers crossed, lol  hope everyone has a great week

Hi again....

Well, I'll have to post a 1 lb weight loss, but I forgot to weigh until after I ate breakfast and after my shower...what was I thinking?  Oh well....maybe next week, then...I'll have a better loss?

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on since November or so and wanted to share that I have lost 27.6 pounds since.  I started at 176.8lbs and am now 149.2lbs.  This week I lost 1.2 pounds.  I would like to get down to 135 by August.
