For anyone who can't stick with a diet book, try The Flex Diet, by Dr James Beckerman. Dr Beckerman is a cardiologist, here on MedHelp and his book consists of simple, small, common sense changes that we can make to help lose weight. I've made a few of them; now it's time to go back and read the book again, so I can make more.

For a strange reason I could never follow any diet books, and I tried couple very advertised diet pills also...never helpd, except they gave me bad stomach and I really had to fight to get my money back.
