Hello,
I come from a past of an eating disorder and I have lost and gained a lot of weight. I am vegan and feel like my health is spiraling. I have an iron deficiency and I am just not eating enough to sustain the weight I had put on. It's coming off again and next week is band camp at my school and it'll fall off even faster with the exercise. How can I convince myself to eat enough but not feel like I need to eat the whole world? I'm struggling a lot here
