That's how I feel. I was lighter than I got on birth control and gained and couldn't lose any and now I have to stay off it for a while and I'm eating really good and the scale is all random and doesn't make since. It can be stressful but I did notice I lost inches so try measuring yourself also change up your diet and confuse your body

Even gaining weight is normal from water and new muscle. I always say "I'd rather stay the same then gain anymore" lol.

Its not uncommon to experience little to no weight loss for a week or more, even after working out and changing your diet. Eventually the weight will come off, don't be discouraged! My weight stays the same for at least a week, then I will loose a pound or two.
You might also want to make sure you are eating enough. You have a minimum caloric need and if you aren't getting that minimum need, its possible that your body is fighting to retain the fat because it is in "starvation mode"
My advice is to go see a nutritionist and make sure you are eating what you are supposed to, keep working out and don't give up. You will see results eventually!
